Cyclist Mark Beaumont dropped strong hints about his next adventure during a talk in Edinburgh.

The record-breaker told an audience of 300 at Edinburgh Academy that he was looking towards his next long distance ride – but declined to give away details of the route.

Speaking afterwards he told Daily Business that “all will be revealed later this year”.
