Wirefox in £35m Scottish offices deal

Property investor and developer Wirefox has acquired a series offices in the west of Scotland in a £35 million deal.
The portfolio includes collective floor space amounting to more than 384,000 sq ft.
It includes Nevis House at Hamilton International Business Park, three offices at Trilogy Business Park, and 1 Forrest Gate at Tannochside Business Park.
Steven Flannery, director of investments at Northern Ireland based Wirefox, which recently acquired Silvan House in Edinburgh for £18m, said the deals further extend Wirefox’s growing UK presence.
