Glasgow’s Skypark secures seven lettings
Glasgow office complex Skypark has secured seven lettings equating to 13,737 sq ft of space
Those moving in are Airpoint, Bell Integration, Blacklevel VFX, Everis, Merchandising for Life, Statkraft and Stream Technologies. The rents range from £12 to £17.50 per sq ft.
Angela Higgins, asset manager of Skypark said: “Achieving seven new deals is great news for our business campus and for the city.” Joint letting agents were Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle.
