Henderson joins Anderson Strathern
Based at the firm’s Edinburgh office, Anne will work alongside practice manager, Colin Henderson, no relation, and a team of more than 50 which s set for further growth and appointments this year.
Anderson Strathern aims to scale its Glasgow office private client offering to match the existing strength of the team in in its Edinburgh office.
The firm says there has been a rise in demand for legal and wealth management advice, following significant change and uncertainty in a number of areas including the law of succession, inheritance of pension pots and the tax treatment of investment income and savings.
Ms Henderson’s appointment follows the addition of three qualified private client solicitors, with two more targeted for the end of the current calendar year.

Ms Henderson is a member of the Society of Trust and Executory Practitioners. She is also a Notary Public and registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and is able to notarise foreign deeds including documents which require to be legalised with an apostille.
