Drilling products company Epiroc has relocated its staff from several locations in Stirling to industrial premises in Grangemouth.

The 45,000 sq ft former knitwear factoy has been let by Falkirk-based property developer Bellair (Scotland) which has completed an 18-month refurbishment programme and is letting the property at £4.50 per sq ft.

Sweden-based Epiroc is formerly part of the Atlas Copco Group and celebrated its flotation on the Nasdaq market in Stockholm in June.

Colin Campbell, director at Bellair, said: “We’re delighted to have brought this prominent warehouse space back to life with all of the benefits that brings to the local economy with the addition of over 30 jobs to the area. We look forward to seeing Epiroc settle and continue to grow.”

Bellair was represented by JLL, DM Hall and Montagu Evans. Epiroc was represented by G&S.

Andrew McCracken of JLL said: “This is a great deal for our client and for Epiroc, but also for Grangemouth as a whole.
