Recruitment firm Eden Scott has established a new team of associate directors as it focuses on customer service through stronger, data-led insights. 

The new team has been assembled from within the organisation. Those promoted are Keith Tocher,  Peter Dunn, Michael Lynch, Sarah Gracie, Alasdair Murray and Ewan Anderson. 

Eden Scott has enjoyed a strong 2017/18 and expects to return a healthy six figure profit for the year ending March 2018.

The focus over the next five years will be to build on this success according to Guy Martin, founding director.
