Europa Road, a dedicated division of logistics operator, Europa Worldwide Group, is relocating its Scottish operation from Gartsherrie Industrial Estate in Coatbridge and has taken a suite on the second floor of Maxim 1.

Extending to 1,173 sq ft, Europa has acquired the space on a five year lease and is expected to take occupation immediately.

Carl Potter, HR and facilities director for Europa Worldwide, said: “As a logistics company, the right location and infrastructure were key decision making factors when choosing a new Scottish office.

“We are very much looking forward to moving in and joining the Maxim community.”

Craig Ritchie of Maxim said: “It’s fantastic to see another ambitious business relocate to the Park.”

Dionne Redpath, branch network and sales director for Europa Road, added: “Our investment in the new office move is a statement of our intent to continue to grow our business in Scotland.

“The local market is very important strategically for Europa and presents some great commercial opportunities for us in what is an extremely competitive sector.”

Cushman & Wakefield and Ryden represented Maxim Office Park, whilst Europa Worldwide Group was unrepresented.
