Ryden sells Coatbridge unit yielding 9.4%

HagmillOn behalf of a private investor, Ryden has sold a modern detached industrial warehouse on the Shawhead Industrial Estate, Coatbridge, to existing tenant SST Sensing.

The property at 5 Hagmill Crescent was sold for £540,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.4%.

The 1,284 sq m (13,824 sq ft) industrial property with office and ancillary accommodation was let to SST Sensing at an annual rent of £53,000.

Nearby occupiers include QEF Global, California Cake Company and Chemco.
