Two more tenants at Lochside Way

Lochside WayEdinburgh Park has secured two further tenants. Exception, an IT consultancy, is to relocate its headquarters from nearby offices, and is leasing 3,900 sq ft over five years at 3 Lochside Way.

DNVGL has also signed a five year lease for 2,153 sq ft of space in the same suite following a move from smaller accommodation on the park.

JLL and Knight Frank acted for landlord Aston Property Ventures and these latest deals mean that 3 Lochside Way is now almost 50% occupied.

Other tenants include Lockheed Martin and GL Industries Services UK.

Geoff Scott, associate director at JLL in Edinburgh, said: “Supply going forward may prove problematic for occupiers in west Edinburgh following the purchase of  3,4, 5 Lochside View by an owner occupier and the large pre-let to HSBC last year  combined totalling over 100,000 sq ft. These factors will change the landscape for west Edinburgh during 2016.”
