Island firm opts for Eurocentral
Maxim for Arran Aromatics; Buchanan’s five deals
The company has is taking a 2,077 sq ft suite within Maxim 3 on a five year lease and will be operational on-site from next month.
It plans to use the suite as a central office, and will feature a design studio for the creation of new products and a display area for showcasing new product lines to buyers.
Established in 1989, Arran Aromatics produces bath, body and home fragrance products on the Isle of Arran off the Ayshire coast.
Andrew Russell, brand director, said: “Our growing business required a modern, high quality space close to transport links that could be used as a central office but also where we could create a display area to promote our product to buyers; Maxim very much fits the bill.”

* Buchanan Park in Stepps is enjoying a strong start to 2015. Management services company Sodexo has taken a lease for 2,244 sq ft on the third floor of Buchanan Park Tower in a deal brokered by Lambert Smith Hampton.
Specialist building contractor MIZ Consultancy Ltd is taking 822 sq ft on the first floor of Pavilion 3 in a 5-year lease; engineering consultancy CJT Utilities Ltd is occupying a 594 sq ft suite in a 2-year agreement; Simply Mobility has agreed a 1-year deal for 259 sq ft and Jasmine Designs Collection has opted for a 1-year deal for 255 sq ft. These deals were all concluded by McNicol Property Consultants (MPC) and rents were in the region of £12.50 per sq ft.
Overall the five deals equate to more than 4,100 sq ft of office space.
