Aberdein Considine has relocated 70 staff into 5,080 sq ft of refurbished offices in Newcastle.

The firm’s teams will move from Cloth Market to West One on Forth Banks as a response to continued expansion and a boost to wellbeing.

Employees work principally in volume recovery and banking litigation on behalf of major UK lenders.

The top floor office will also host colleagues working in commercial real estate for England and Wales, alongside employment and corporate and business advisory lawyers.

Managing partner Jacqueline Law said the new base offers light, attractive and inspiring working and collaboration spaces.

“We are grateful to all our partners for their support in facilitating this relocation and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent services to our clients from our well-appointed new base.”

Jessica Ross, associate partner at Naylors Gavin Black, which supported the move, said it “reflects a growing focus on staff wellbeing, amenity, and creating spaces that inspire productivity.”
