Commissioning deal
Three60 and Coms Energy in three-year alliance

THREE60 and COMS Energy have forged a three-year strategic alliance that will combine their respective strengths in the energy commissioning sector.
The initial agreement will cover the oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, as well as energy transition industries.
The two companies say the agreement builds on an already strong working relationship and addresses a gap in the market.
It is expected to open opportunities for international expansion and access into new sectors.
Alasdair Smith, managing director of EPCC at THREE60 Energy, said: “This strategic alliance leverages the strengths of both companies, combining COMS Energy’s credibility and heritage with THREE60 Energy’s robust EPCC service line.

“Together, we are poised to address cross-sector commissioning challenges.”
Cliff Woodman, chairman of COMS Energy, said the alliance comes “at a time of significant growth for both our companies”.
THREE60 Energy has a 1,000-strong workforce working in oil and gas, nuclear, onshore and offshore wind, and has a growing position in carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and geothermal.
COMS Energy is focused on commissioning, pre-operations and project integration services across the nuclear industry and brings this capability to the oil, gas, and energy transition markets.]
