Kube Networks, a Glasgow-based technology solutions provider, is expected to complete a first bolt-on acquisition after receiving £2.25 million in new funding.

The funding, provided through Maven Investor Partners, will support KubeNet’s plans, which include organic expansion and a targeted buy-and-build strategy.

An imminent acquisition is expected to complete in the coming weeks providing an immediate increase in scale and offering significant synergy potential.
