Units prove popular
Waterfront units sold ahead of tram completion
Waterfront is nearing completion
All commercial units in the first of the newly-completed blocks at Waterfront Plaza, Leith, have been sold.
The ground floor commercial units are designated for a mix of retail, office and studio uses all benefitting from a prominent location near the entrance to Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre.
Waterfront Plaza is a major re-development of Leith’s shore comprising 422 residential units and 14 self-contained ground floor premises benefitting from retail, office and studio planning content.
Block B is currently under construction and due to complete in phases from March onwards when the next batch of commercial units will be offered for sale.
Ryden completed the sale on behalf of CALA Homes East. Cameron Whyte, associate at Ryden, said: “As expected, and despite the current uncertainty due to the COVID 19 pandemic, these units have been extraordinarily well received in the market.
“The extension of the tram which runs alongside the development and the vibrant mix of amenities with the well-established Ocean Terminal retail and leisure complex directly adjacent to Waterfront Plaza make these commercial units a very attractive spot for any kind of business.”
