Lockdown interest bolsters sales team at Stewart Milne

Tony Williamson

Stewart Mine Homes has bolstered its sales team in central Scotland with Tony Williamson promoted to sales and marketing director in Central Scotland, and Caroline Yan Hip moving up to the position of senior sales manager.

Mr Williamson replaces Marlyn Boal, who will be retiring after 25 years with the business.

The appointments come as the house builder is experiencing strong levels of interest in new homes due to pent-up demand and consumers looking for a new way of living as a result of lockdown.

Jonathan Fair, managing director of Stewart Milne Homes Central Scotland, said: “It’s particularly rewarding to be able to promote from within and these, well-deserved promotions underline Stewart Milne Homes’ commitment to developing our people and nurturing them on a clear career pathway.

“Despite losing someone with Marlyn’s extensive experience, we have a robust, energetic and enthusiastic team who will bring fresh ideas that enable us to anticipate and respond to market demands.”
