Muir to build £9m home for Randolph Hill in Livingston
New home for Livingston
Randolph Hill Nursing Homes has appointed Fife-based Muir Construction to build a 60-bedroom home in Livingston, its seventh across east and central Scotland.
The £9m home will be built on the site of the former Livingston Development Corporation and is expected to open in early 2021.
Randolph Hill cares for more than 350 residents and employs over 500 members of staff.
Peter McCormick, managing director, said: “Our investment in this new Livingston site will help fill a gap in the current care home offering in West Lothian and bring new jobs into the local community.
“It will also enhance a long-derelict site in the town and benefit the wider community.”
