Amazon takes lease for lorry park at Queensferry One
Bridge view: the new development at Rosyth
Amazon is taking four acres of land at Rosyth for use as a lorry parking facility.
The online retail giant will lease land at the £250 million Queensferry One development alongside the new Queensferry Crossing and M90 motorway.
Queensferry One covers 120 acres and William McAlister, of Scarborough Muir Group, said: “Despite recent market turbulence as a result of Brexit, Queensferry One is experiencing good levels of enquiries.”
Queensferry One is being jointly marketed by JLL and Ryden.
