Former Celtic and Sweden striker Henrik Larsson is said to be in the running to take over as manager of English third tier club Southend United.
The Parkhead hero was at Stadium MK to watch the Essex club grab their first win of the season against MK Dons.
The 48-year-old quit Helsingborg for the second time earlier this summer and is now described as a “candidate” to replace Kevin Bond at Roots Hall. He was linked to the job earlier in the week.
The team, currently third bottom, are led by caretaker boss Gary Waddock who is also being interviewed for the job.
Larsson last played in Britain in 2007 while on loan at Manchester United.
