Charles Stanley is already staffing up, having hired investment manager Simon Lewis from Barclays.
Rachael Pittaway, from landlord Castleforge Partners, said: “We understand that the market is consistently changing, and that’s why we’ve been pro-active in creating space that can service a diverse range of tenants immediately.”
Since its extensive £5.5 million refurbishment, nine tenants have taken occupancy within 58 Waterloo St, including Hoare Lea, Cornerstone Asset Management, Racon Management Services, Swan Group and MS Amlin.
