Offices now fully let
Architecture firm takes last space at Custom House
Custom House: Grade A facilities
Riverside Inverclyde’s marquee Custom House property in Greenock is now fully let after welcoming its newest tenant, a growing young architecture practice.
Nicholson McShane Architects has taken the remaining 650 sq ft at the Grade A-listed building, increasing its office floor space by 50%.
Ri hosts a variety of business centres in Gourock, Greenock and Port Glasgow with the six-year, £5m renovation of Custom House at the heart of the area’s renewal.
Other businesses based in Custom House include Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions; global paper exporter PG Paper; fashion clothing line Joules and print specialists, IL Media.
Andrew Bowman, head of business investment and operations at Ri, said the organisation was delighted to welcome Nicholson McShane to Custom House.
“NMA represents the kind of business which, given the opportunity to take root, can grow and help Inverclyde flourish and Ri is the perfect partner for these types of companies,” he said.
