Architect Colman joins DM Hall as consultant

Ronnie ColmanDM Hall, the firm of chartered surveyors, has appointed Ronnie Colman as a property services consultant based in the firm’s Dunfermline office.

A practising architect for 15 years, he brings significant experience and wide-ranging contacts throughout Scotland’s legal profession to his new role. He worked previously for First Scottish, the legal search, and property service operator which was sold last year to US information services conglomerate Eli Global.

He said: “In addition to dealing with the entire range of legal property enquiries, my new role at DM Hall includes working with my colleagues Mark O’Neil on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Alan Jeffrey, here in the Dunfermline office, on all types of Architectural, Planning and Building Regulation matters. I am looking forward greatly to the challenge.” 

Eric Curran, DM Hall’s managing partner, said: “We believe that as chartered surveyors we have a significant opportunity to expand and develop this side of our business.”
