Two key hires strengthen team at ICR Integrity
Alan McQuade, Bill Bayliss and Richard Wilson
Oil services company ICR Integrity has appointed Richard Wilson to the newly-appointed role of chief operating officer and Alan McQuade as chief financial officer.
Mr Wilson brings 30 years of operational and commercial experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically from his time leading a major service contractor and oil company.
A qualified Engineer, he spent more than 12 years with Sparrows Offshore, latterly as a director of operations during which time he established new bases in the Middle East, Singapore and India as well as leading significant growth in the UK market.
Mr McQuade is a chartered accountant with more than 12 years’ experience. He was previously CFO of two of Acteon Group’s operating companies. Prior to Acteon, he was part of PwC’s Transaction Services team, involved in financial due diligence and restructuring for both corporate and institutional clients.
ICR CEO Bill Bayliss said: “We are pleased to welcome Richard and Alan to our 200-strong team, where they will support ICR’s growth.
“The experience and knowledge of both complement our strategic aims and will be a fantastic addition to the company.”
He said the company was expanding in key regions including Australia, the US and the Middle East, and undertaking R&D work in integrity monitoring and repairs.
