Top level editorial shake-up at DC Thomson

Richard NevilleDundee-based publisher DC Thomson Media has announced a number of changes to its editorial management team from next month.

Richard Neville, pictured, currently editor-in-chief of The Courier and The Press and Journal, will become head of newspapers across all DC Thomson titles.

Catriona MacInnes, currently acting editor at The Courier, will take on the role of editor.

Alan McCabe, currently editor-in-chief of the Evening Express and Evening Telegraph, will become editor of The Press and Journal. He will remain editor-in-chief of the Evening Express.

David Knight, currently deputy editor of The Press and Journal, will retire after 25 years at the paper.

Andrew Kellock, currently editor of the Evening Telegraph, will replace Mr Knight as deputy editor of The Press and Journal.

David Lord, currently deputy editor of The Courier, will replace Mr Kellock as editor of the Evening Telegraph.

Bryan Copland, currently assistant editor of the Evening Telegraph, will replace Mr Lord as deputy editor of the Evening Telegraph.
