Student housing or residential apartments are being considered for two adjoining sites opposite Meadowbank Stadium in Edinburgh.

Scarlett Land and Development (SLD) has acquired the plots for private client Summix Capital, end a successful first year’s trading during which it handled £78 million in deal value.

The sites were under separate ownerships, one marketed by Colliers International and other sold by a private client.
