SentinelMarine takes space at The Exchange
SentinelMarine, the offshore support vessel operator, is the latest to take space at The Exchange in Aberdeen.
The company will occupy 4,515 sq ft on the eighth floor on a 10 year lease. It joins other tenants: Solstad Farstad, Atlas Professionals, IHS Markit, GulfMark, Sodexo, Oil and Gas UK and The Scottish Children’s Reporter.
Savills secured the letting for Hermes Investment Management which has overseen a refurbishment to reposition a 1980’s building into an office fit for today’s occupier.
Savills research suggests prime Grade A rents in Aberdeen stand at £32.50 per sq ft (£350 per sq m).
Wordie extends bank facility
Wordie Properties – a family-owned Glasgow property company established in 1903 – has agreed a new £35m, five-year funding package with the Bank of Scotland’s Commercial Real Estate team.
The new facility replaces a previous £30m facility which was agreed with the bank in 2014, 15 months ahead of maturity.
