Gyle offices acquired in £13.3 million deal

A suite of offices at the Gyle business park in Edinburgh has been acquired by Aprirose in a deal worth £13.3 million.

The investor has bought 7 Lochside View, a 60,567 sq ft property, from RDI REIT.

The two-storey building is fully let to  Business Stream, Origo Service, WSP and Viavi Solutions UK.

London-based Aprirose has added the property to a growing portfolio worth £1 billion. In 2016 it paid £10m to acquire neighbouring Miller House, occupied by Miller Miller Homes, Miller Developments, Galliford Try Construction and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

It has also acquired Wm Morrison supermarket in St. Vincent Place, Lanark, and the Helix House office building in Aberdeen.
