New project unveiled
Leisure park owner expands into St Andrews
Stewarts Leisure Parks, owner and operator of three holiday parks in Perthshire and Angus, has announced its most ambitious project yet – a new park in St Andrews.
To be named Scarbrooke Park and close to Cameron Reservoir, the first phase will comprise 87 lodges.
It will have an on-site restaurant and bar, clubhouse with sauna, spa, gym and beauty salon. There will also be a supermarket.
An ambitious father and son firm which is a debt-free business, Stewarts Leisure Parks recently announced that its Forfar park, Lochlands, is also expanding, with 55 lodges just released.
“It’s a very busy time for us with the lodge sector still very vibrant in Scotland at the moment,” said Bill Stewart.
“Scarbrooke Park in St Andrews is a major capital investment for us at this time, and we’re hugely excited to be expanding into the home of golf.”
