Property management company Speirs Gumley is moving its 70-strong Glasgow workforce from its Bath Street headquarters to the new Red Tree Magenta building at Clyde Gateway.

The move comes as the company plans to further expand its team and improve its productivity.

Speirs Gumley has agreed a pre-let on the third floor of the four-storey building, which is set to complete this summer.

Red Tree Magenta will become the first building at the new Magenta business park on the former Shawfield site in Glasgow’s east end.

Built at a cost of £9m, Red Tree Magenta will have the capacity to support 340 jobs.

Clyde Gateway is a 27 acre business park being developed by Highbridge Properties.
