Steve CoyleEdinburgh residential property investment and lettings specialist Cullen Property has promoted Steve Coyle to the post of managing director.

Mr Coyle, who takes over from the retiring co-founder Malcolm Warrack, begins his new role on Monday. He joined the company 15 years ago and was most recently operations director.

The outgoing Mr Warrack will continue to support the company’s growth and development as a board director and he said: “I am delighted to be handing over to Steve. He has been an integral part of the Cullen Property team and the company’s growth since joining us in 2003.”

The new managing director (pictured) added: “I am excited to have the opportunity to head up the Cullen Property team as managing director. Whilst we will miss Malcolm’s presence on a daily basis, his knowledge of and insight into the Edinburgh property investment market will be invaluable to our board of directors.”

These most recent appointments follow a period of growth which has seen Cullen Property expand its team of property managers as well as appointing Tom Corps as Operations Manager.

Cullen Property specialises in residential HMO property investment and is one of Edinburgh’s leading student letting agents, currently managing circa 400 properties in the city.
