New tenants for workspace

Trio of lettings for 133 Finnieson street

finnieston2finnieston1Squarestone Growth has signed up three new tenants in just a month at 133 Finnieston Street, adding further to the growing popularity of Glasgow’s Finnieston area for ambitious technology companies and fast-growing businesses.

Serial Affinity, Prevailing Analysis and Alpha Office Furniture join the line up of tenants in the office building, located in one of the ‘hippest places in the UK,’ according to a recent survey.

Serial Affinity, a software development and delivery company, has moved into suite A on the second floor, which covers 2,163 sq ft.

The company has signed a five year lease and director David Morgan says the building’s vibrant location with its wide range of amenities including artisan coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants was key to his decision to secure one of the remaining suites.

He said: “Nowadays to attract the best candidates you need to offer more than just a great workspace, you need to be close to great amenities such as gyms and cafes and have easy access to transport links.”

Prevailing Analysis, which offers analysis and engineering services for renewable energy projects, and is now part of Danish company K2 Management has taken a five year lease for the 4th floor Suite A (3,390 sq ft).

Meanwhile Alpha Office Furniture has agreed to a 10 year lease of the sixth floor suite, covering 4,011 sq ft, relocating from the premises in West Regent Street.

The new arrivals join existing occupiers including French Duncan Accountants, Castlight Financial, Horiba, Synopsys, Handelsbanken, Deans Healthcare and Clintec International.
