Edinburgh office switch for Graham + Sibbald
Refurbished offices in Edinburgh’s west end
Graham + Sibbald the Scottish chartered surveyor and property firm, has relocated its Edinburgh office from Manor Place to the reburbished 40 Torphichen Street in nearby Haymarket.
The switch follows a high level of activity and staff recruitment. Tim Bunker, joined from Ryden and Katherine Monro moved to the Aberdeen office from Knight Frank.
The firm is expecting to add further people to the team in 2018 as it targets a top spot in the sector.
It has appointed Tom Templeman as head of building surveying for the East of Scotland. He joins from Faithful + Gould after a decade at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield).

Graham + Sibbald has more than 200 employees and 22 partners in 15 UK offices which are largely based in Scotland supported by a base in London.
Existing tenants at 40 Torphichen St include ZoneFox, and Bravura Solutions.
