New leader for team

Kerr heads asset services at Cushman & Wakefield

Diane Kerr has been appointed as head of asset services for Cushman & Wakefield in Scotland.

Ms Kerr, who joins from GVA where she was regional head for its property management consultancy team, has more than 20 years’ property and asset management experience.  Prior to that, she worked for Chesterton.

In her new role she will be focusing on the growth and development of the Scottish asset services team, who are responsible for a wide range of buildings including The Gyle shopping centre, Glasgow Quay and 123 St Vincent Street.
