Magel acquires outlets

Livingston retail units sold by Henry Boot

Henry Boot Developments has sold two purpose-built retail warehouse units at its 6.8 acre Livingston Retail Park development.

Both units have been acquired by Magel, with the sale reflecting an initial yield of 6.3%.

Dunelm Group occupies a 20,000 sq ft unit, while the second 23,000 sq ft retail warehouse is let to B&M Retail. The discount retailer also benefits from an additional 5,000 sq ft for a garden centre.

Henry Boot Developments completed the unconditional purchase of the site during 2013 and achieved a change of use.

HBD was advised by Savills and Springford. Magell was advised by Colliers.
