Clark adds two as Welsh moves to Frame
Joining from Big Partnership, Ms Donnelly has worked on accounts such as Loganair, Cordia and Glasgow Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Gartin, previously content and outreach executive at digital marketing firm Ambergreen (recently rebranded as DAC Group following acquisition), will be working for a range of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, including B2B, consumer and the public sector.
Following the acquisition of Golley Slater’s Scottish division in August last year, Clark Communications has grown headcount from two to eight.

Brian Welsh, a long-serving staff member at the Big Partnership in Glasgow, has left to join Frame where he is reunited with other former Big staff Stephen McCranor and Patrick Baxter.
Big Partnership has added to its food and drink clients after being appointed by Equi’s, the luxury ice cream to manage its trade and consumer PR.
Alicia Simpson has joined Pagoda Porter Novelli as senior account executive, moving from a similar role at Holyrood PR.
