Property specialists gathered for the launch in Glasgow of Two Four, Blythswood Square, which has already attracted substantial interest, according to the owner and letting agent.

Gerrard Williams, asset manager at owner CCLA, said one blue chip firm was looking to take all five floors comprising just over 27,000 sq ft of grade A offices.

Formerly occupied by Brodies, the law firm, the Georgian building has undergone a £2 million refurbishment to introduce open plan floorplates and new lifts.

“It would be unusual to let the whole building,” said Mr Williams, adding that discussions with various parties had focused around the terms of the lease. The company would prefer a 10 year minimum.

CCLA operates two funds and has other property in Merchant Exchange and West Regent Street, Glasgow, and Edinburgh Park.
