Big secures £600,000 in new business

Zoe OgilviePR and marketing agency The Big Partnership has picked up new business worth more than £600,000 across a range of sectors, including energy, construction, leisure and sport.

Big’s Aberdeen office has won a two-year marketing contract with AREG (Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group) and PR contracts with Bristow Helicopters, Pipetech, Ramco and M2 Subsea, as well as a wider marketing remit from existing client OPITO.

The company has been appointed by Ambassador Group to handle PR, design and marketing for its new housing development Park Quadrant Residences in Glasgow. The agency has also won a competitive pitch to roll out a PR and stakeholder campaign for a 600-unit residential development in Glasgow. 

It secured a competitive pitch to work with the PGA European Tour to promote the upcoming Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open golf tournament at Dundonald Links in Ayrshire.

Big has been selected to handle PR for The Westfield Health British Transplant Games 2017, the flagship event of Transplant Sport, which is being held this summer in North Lanarkshire.

The food and drink team has been selected to manage PR and social media for the launch of The Counter  which has just opened its first UK restaurant at The Quay, Glasgow.
