Peachy Mondays gets call from VodafoneZiggo
A Stirlingshire-based company providing advanced staff engagement surveys has secured a contract with international joint venture VodafoneZiggo.
The Dutch company has selected Peachy Mondays to implement its employee feedback management programme across its 8,000 staff in the Netherlands from where it provides fixed, mobile and integrated communication and entertainment services.
The company has five million mobile, nearly four million TV, more than three million fixed broadband internet and 2.5 million fixed telephony connections. It has a turnover of €4 billion.
Based at Blairlogie Castle, Peachy Mondays provides an anonymous communication channel for employees to discuss any matter with HR without revealing their identity. Responses are immediate and there is a follow-up feature. It was formed in 2014 and clients include Craneware, Doosan Babcock, Dundee and Angus College, and SCDI.
James Anderson, co-founder, said: “Being selected by them is testament to our ability to deliver, not just scale, but real value to such a forward thinking and exciting business.”
