Security firm seeks successor
Grossart to leave chair at IndigoVision
Mr Grossart recently reached the age of 60 and will retire from the non-executive role once a successor has been appointed and in any event no later than 30 September.
He is the nephew of Sir Angus Grossart, the merchant banker and has held a number of high profile positions.
He was chairman of Royal Doulton, the fine china company, and has been deputy chairman of oil explorer Cairn Energy, British Polythene Industries and Scottish Radio Holdings, the former owner of Clyde and Forth radio.
The IndigoVision board said it will begin the search for his replacement.
