Director hired at law firm
Amner takes wide role at Anderson Strathern
Scottish legal firm Anderson Strathern has hired Neil Amner across a range of commercial areas including transport, the environment and infrastructure.
Mr Amner, a former partner at law firm MacRoberts and currently president of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, will be a director at the firm.
He has acted for a wide range of public and commercial bodies including Transport Scotland, Scottish Power, Port Babcock Rosyth and SEPA.
In an innovative move, he will take a firm-wide role rather than being based in a specific legal team.
Mr Amner will be based in Glasgow, reporting to managing partner Murray McCall.
