Four take up new roles at DM Hall

Ross WilsonChartered Surveyor, DM Hall, has announced four director appointments, including three promotions.

They are: Mark Rutherford, residential, Ayr; Bob Fraser, residential, Dundee; and Amanda Cameron, head of property enquiry and legal searches, Dunfermline.

Their appointments follow the hiring of senior commercial professional Ross Wilson (pictured) to its east coast operation.

He becomes director and head of agency (East of Scotland) and will oversee the firm’s activities in Edinburgh, the Borders, the Lothians, Central, Tayside and Fife.

Mr Wilson has a wealth of experience representing national and local companies, corporate clients, pension funds and HNWIs. His appointment is the latest acquisition, following postings in Aberdeen and Inverness.

Michael Court, Partner and Head of East Commercial, said: “This is a very exciting time for the firm’s commercial division and, in a period of dynamic and accelerating growth, it will be very useful to be able to call on the services of someone as eminently qualified as Ross.”

Eric Curran, managing partner, said: “Our firm does not give titles lightly but it is one which recognises talent when it sees it and these four well-deserved appointments reflect that principle.

“The new directors are ranged across the firm’s many disciplines and they embody the DM Hall ethos. We anticipate that each of them will help drive forward forcibly DM Hall’s offering to an increasingly competitive market.”
