Property pair head up new brokerage
CKD Galbraith has appointed two practitioners in the commercial sector to lead a new UK-wide specialist investment agency brokerage service.
Jamie Thain and Will Sandwell, who worked together for more than 10 years at GVA and James Barr, join CKD Galbraith as partner and associate respectively.

Working from CKD Galbraith’s Edinburgh office, Jamie and Will intend to build the investment offering to clients across the UK. They will be supported by and feed into the wider commercial management, asset management and valuation business.
CKD Galbraith’s commercial division is led by Richard Higgins. It manages in excess of £450 million of property across the UK with a £6.5 million rent roll as well as providing asset management, investment, valuation, facilities management, sales, lettings and acquisition services.
