£35m of work in first year
JR Group tops first year with new deals
New work has been won for Milnbank and Yoker housing associations.
The company has also invested £150,000 in expanding and upgrading its Paisley headquarters (pictured) and work is currently under way to create new offices, warehousing and storage facilities for let.
Managing Director Gary McGregor, who joined the company to help launch the division, said, “The company has been deeply entrenched in the construction business since it was established.
“It was a natural progression to set up our own dedicated construction division, and we are delighted with the progress made to date.
“We are very thankful to our customers for the opportunities created and to the network of consultants for their work throughout the year, as well as our employees for their continual support.”
Mr McGregor added: “Our business plan centres around significant growth. and expansion of our premises is key to that. It makes sense to take advantage of the land available and create a new working environment for the Group.”
Director and co-founder John Horne said: “We’re delighted how well the first year has gone. It’s exciting times for our Group, however, we’re not complacent and are very much aware of that we need to continue to excel.”
The company’s customers include Bellway, Cala and, Keir.
