McBain and Fyfe bolster Savills hotel team
Property advisor Savills has strengthened its hotels team with the addition of Keith McBain and Steven Fyfe who join as a director and associate respectively in the firm’s Glasgow office.
Both previously worked at JLL in Glasgow where Mr McBain was head of the hotel advisory team. He has worked in the hotel industry for almost 20 years. Mr Fyfe has valued hotels in the UK and across the northern European region since 2008.
In their new roles they will focus on the Scottish and north of England lodging markets.
Martin Rogers, head of UK hotel transactions, said: “Keith and Steven will provide a depth of local market knowledge and experience that will enhance our already strong UK presence. Scotland is an important market for us, with new developments creating a strong pipeline in the next couple of years.”
