Investment communications company Copylab is to launch its next phase of expansion as it stays on course to double the size of its workforce to 120 over the next three years.

Founder Ross Hunter is close to unveiling a partnership with a German company following its recent moves into North America and the Far East.

The Glasgow-based company, which produces reports for investment banks and fund management houses, already has staff in Singapore, Boston and Vancouver. Its clients include BlackRock, BNP Paribas and BNY Mellon.

Mr Hunter told Daily Business in an interview last October that he is looking to open offices in the Middle East. It has plans to expand into Dubai and Abu Dhabi, adding to its presence in Saudi Arabia.

Turnover is expected to rise by £400,000 to £2 million this year and to £2.5m next year.
