British Airways cabin crew will stage a 48-hour strike from 10 January after rejecting a new pay offer
Strikes had been planned for Christmas but were suspended after the new offer was made.
However, Unite members have rejected the proposal and opted for a walk-out.
BA said described the strike as “completely unjustified” and said it will “ensure that all our customers travel to their destinations”.
The dispute concerns about 4,000 staff who have joined the airline since 2010 on “mixed fleet” contracts, who do not feel they are paid enough. About 2,500 of them are Unite members.
