Braemore adds Click-Let to portfolio

Click-LetBraemore, the Edinburgh-based property firm, has acquired short-term lettings business Click-Let for an undisclosed sum,.

It is Braemore’s tenth acquisition since 2010 and will add 400 properties to its lettings portfolio across the east of Scotland.

Click-Let’s staff will join the 75-strong team at Braemore, owned by Lomond Capital Property Group, currently manages 2,800 properties in Edinburgh and the surrounding regions.

Stewart Pitt, director of Click-Let, said: “For the past 14 years we have enjoyed being part of the growing Edinburgh property market, developing a strong team and brand. The chance to work with Braemore came at the right time.”
