Expansion of visitor centre
Tennent’s invests in telling its story
Tennent Caledonian, is investing £1m into the Wellpark Visitor Centre in Glasgow to create a tourist attraction showcasing ‘The Tennent’s Story’.
The brewer has partnered with The Creative Cell, the Glasgow-based creative communications agency, together with The School of Simulation and Visualisation at The Glasgow School of Art and ZM Architecture.
The centre aims to open in autumn 2017.
Andrea Pozzi, Tennent’s managing director said:“This announcement is another significant investment in the future of our business and the Wellpark site.
“Since 1556, Tennent’s has been part of Scotland’s cultural history and we have an incredible story to tell. The current visitor centre attracts over 15,000 local and international tourists every year.”
