Ramage signs up with Cushman & Wakefield
Fraser Ramage is joining Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team from Ryden’s retail and investment agency. He will be based in the Edinburgh office.
Stuart Moncur, head of national retail & occupier services – UK, said: “2016 has been an exceptionally strong year for the retail team in Scotland.”
The team has advised on a number of high profile transactions such Kiko, Hotel Chocolat, Chisholm Hunter and leisure operators Nando’s, Veeno, Miller & Carter, All Bar One and Bella Italia.
“In addition, the team has continued to win a number of new instructions across shopping centres, retail parks and prime high streets,” he said.
“We are delighted that Fraser is joining us in January as he will bring a great deal of experience and new contacts.”
A graduate of Aberdeen University in property, Mr Ramage also holds an MSc in marketing from Napier University.
