Under the terms of the funding agreement with Scottish Enterprise, the craft brewer was required to appoint a non-executive director and Dr Fowlestone has now joined the SE’s accredited roster.
Dr Fowlestone holds a doctorate with research specialisms around branding, brand storytelling and organisational culture. Prior to setting up Multiply in 2003, his career spanned advertising (WPP – Ogilvy Group) and integrated marketing as MD of KLP Euro RSCG (part of the worldwide HAVAS Group).
