Primestaff adds five across central belt

danny-mcintyreRecruitment agency Primestaff has hired five staff including two from a national agency which closed its Glasgow office.

Technical business manager Derek Thomson and Matthew Bowater, a recruitment consultant, join the company after their office shut.

Robert Muir, formerly of Bibby Factors, has taken on the role of group business development director, while recruitment consultants Leigh Carroll and Stephen Johnston have joined Black & Black Recruitment and Prime Commercial respectively.

Chief Executive Danny McIntyre (pictured) said: “This is an exciting time for our business. There’s a great deal of opportunity across Scotland and we have a talented group in place ready to take Primestaff to the next level.

“Hiring the right people has always been central to our growth and by continuing to grow our team with talented staff, it will help us to adapt to challenges and take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace.”

Primestaff has offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Paisley.
